Copyright Infringement Complaint

Before You Submit

This form is intended only for claims of copyright infringement. Copyright law protects original works of authorship, such as software code, photographs, videos, music, books, and artwork. This process should not be used for trademark disputes, patent disputes, contractual disagreements, licensing disagreements that do not involve copyright ownership, allegations of fraud, or other legal claims.

Submitting a copyright complaint is a legal act. By submitting this form, you are representing that you have a good-faith belief that the identified material infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce.

We are a payment and commerce platform. We are not a court and do not determine ultimate questions of copyright ownership, infringement, fair use, licensing, or liability. We review notices for legal sufficiency and may forward notices to the affected customer. We may take action where appropriate under our policies and applicable law.
